By accessing or using RahaJob, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions and any related platform rules, policies, or notices that apply to specific features.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the platform or continue using account-based services provided through it.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that the information used to create and maintain your account is accurate, current, and associated with you or your organization in a legitimate way.
You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account access and for activity that occurs through your login, whether that activity is performed directly by you or by someone using your credentials.

3. Candidate responsibilities
If you use RahaJob as a job seeker, you are expected to use the platform honestly and professionally. This includes, without limitation:
- Providing truthful profile information, experience history, skills, education, salary expectations, and availability details.
- Submitting applications or responses only where there is a genuine professional purpose.
- Avoiding impersonation, misleading claims, abusive communication, or the publication of unlawful or rights-infringing material.

4. Employer responsibilities
If you use RahaJob as an employer or hiring representative, you are expected to use the platform in a fair, lawful, and role-specific manner. This includes, without limitation:
- Posting jobs that are real, relevant, and accurately describe the role, requirements, and nature of the opportunity.
- Using candidate information only for legitimate hiring, evaluation, and related communication purposes connected to real recruitment activity.
- Avoiding spam, misleading outreach, discriminatory misuse, unauthorized data extraction, or requests for inappropriate personal information.

5. User content and platform submissions
Content you submit to RahaJob, including profile text, job postings, applications, messages, uploads, and company information, remains your responsibility and should be accurate, lawful, and appropriate for a professional platform.
By submitting content, you grant RahaJob the right to host, process, display, format, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate the service, support workflows, and maintain the product.

6. Prohibited conduct
The following types of conduct are prohibited on RahaJob and may result in content removal, account restriction, suspension, or other platform action:
- Impersonation, fraud, deceptive identity claims, or false representations about a person, company, or job opportunity.
- Attempts to scrape, harvest, bulk copy, reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, or bypass access controls or platform protections.
- Harassment, abusive language, unlawful content, spam behavior, or use of the service in a way that harms other users or the platform.
- Use of platform data, candidate information, or employer information outside the intended workflow without proper authority or lawful basis.

7. Availability, moderation, and platform changes
RahaJob may review content, investigate reports, moderate activity, or remove material when necessary to enforce platform standards, protect users, or respond to operational or legal concerns.
The platform may also update, improve, limit, pause, or discontinue features at any time, including when technical, security, commercial, or administrative considerations require changes.

8. Intellectual property and service rights
Except for content submitted by users, the RahaJob platform, interface, branding, structure, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property and related rights.
You may not copy, republish, resell, redistribute, or exploit protected parts of the service beyond what is expressly allowed through normal platform use.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of responsibility
RahaJob provides tools to support hiring and job discovery, but it does not guarantee job offers, successful hiring outcomes, uninterrupted service, user accuracy, candidate quality, or employer suitability.
Users are responsible for their own decisions, verification steps, hiring judgments, and communications. To the extent permitted by law, RahaJob is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or workflow-related losses arising from user conduct or third-party decisions.

10. Updates to the terms and continued use
RahaJob may revise these Terms and Conditions when product features, service structure, legal obligations, or business practices change. Updated terms become effective when published on the platform unless a different effective date is stated.
Continuing to use the service after updated terms are published means you accept the revised version. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service and discontinue account-based use.
